Beer

Fermentation process of beer takes place in cylindrically-conical vessels, open stone or stainless steel vessels, to wooden vats. In primary fermentation a sugars won from the malt are converted into alcohol and carbon dioxide, and the product can be called beer. In secondary fermentation beer is naturaly carbonated in the maturation tanks in low temperature and under pressure. After this stage the beer is usualy ready to consuming.

Bottom fermentation method is slower, carried out at a temperature of approx. 5-13 °C and top fermentation process is faster, carried out at a temperature of approx. 15-20 °C
