Nembus
continuous distillation equipment

Nembus is a continuous distillation column for solvent recovery, product purification, organic chemical separations and steam stripping

Busler Stills Ukraine specializes in the design and construction of distillation equipment, pilot testing and implementing modern engineering solutions in the design technological processes.

Nembus
Distillation Columns

Nembus fractional distillation systems provide exceptional separation capacity covering a wide range of industries. Busler Still Ukraine will support your processes from R&D to commercialization – from laboratory systems to scale-up full production.

We offer various solution to ensure process, energy and cost efficiencies. Engineers design a distillation processec based on the customer’s separation goals and the specific mixtures being used. Variables include the relative volatility of a mixture and the boiling points of each component. Common types of operation may include vacuum or pressure distillation.

Nembus Distillation equipment applications

Distillation is an excellent purification tool for many liquids, and can be used to purify products from a chemical reaction.

Nembus column’s common applications include:

  • Solvent recovery system
  • Product purification
  • Solvent Drying
  • Steam stripping
  • Specialty chemicals

Nembus
Columns internals

Packing are often the preferred choice of internals for distillation column. They provide maximum surface area per unit volume for mass transfer and lead to low pressure drops when deep vacuum is recvired. Finally, packed internals often result in smaller column dimensions (diameter and height) compared to tray internals.
